2. Connect Navigator

Each client that enrols with the programme will be assigned a Connect Navigator who will support them throughout their journey. Our staff will focus on building a relationship with clients whilst working to understand their personal barriers. Clients will develop a range of basic / life skills, develop an individual action plan, gain advice from our benefits advice team, receive well-being supports and warm referral process to external services.

3. Skills Navigator

Our professional staff team will support clients to develop a skills action plan, identifying training from our internal menu of over 100 courses. Training focuses on developing numeracy skills, confidence building, personal motivation and resilience. Clients will then identify further training from our external menu of vocational qualifications, skills and licences to help clients progress closer towards employment.

4. Employment Navigator
