Belfast Works Connect is a FREE community-based programme focused on helping people achieve their personal potential.  The programme provides individual packages of support through tailored personal and skills development with access to over 100 FREE approved courses, to help with confidence building, volunteering or gaining employment. Its already making a huge difference. Start your journey with us.

If you are not in work due to:

• Illness or Disability
• Carer and/or looking after family or home
• Early Retired

Please note this programme cannot support people in employment or full-time education.

Belfast Works Connect is made of a consortium of five partners, Upper Springfield Development, Ashton Community Trust, East Belfast Mission, GEMSNI and Impact Training and funded by the UK’s government’s Levelling Up Fund.
